Atkins : Day 16

Alhamdulillah. Masih lagi bertahan. After 16 days, I've lost 5kgs. A record for myself! *tepuktangan* Whhoopie!!
 
Masih lagi juga tidak terpesong iman dan nafsu makan. Semoga terus istiqamah dalam cabaran 90 hariku ini :)
 
Selain jaga makan, bersenam juga perlu. Makanya terpaksa kugagahkan jua kaki dan badan yang berat ini untuk ke gym. Office ade gym facility tapi staff yang malas. Mengata diri sendiri. Wakakakaka!
 
I've started gym last week, 3x a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday). Did cardio, squats and flat stomach routines which I learned from Youtube. Sweat memang tak ingat dunia. Baju dan tudung boleh perah keluar air sebaldi. But the calories I burned satisfied me the most! Last week punya workout tak pakai my Polar watch sebab dah mati battery. Weekend haritu baru gi tukar baru. So boleh la nak berbangga tunjuk kat Insta jumlah kalori yang terkorban.Hikhik.
 
Semangat masih belum padam. Insya Allah semoga cabaran 90 hari saya berterusan ke 90 hari berikutnya. Raya with different size maybe? teehee. Peace y'all!

Atkins : Day 8

Today marked my 8th day with strict Atkins diet. I started fresh on 11 March 2014 and tadi timbang dah kurang 2kg. Alhamdulillah. Hubster has also officially joined my atkins bandwagon yesterday. 

My progress may be a little slow in terms of KG reduced but it's OK. I'd rather go slowly than nothing. Before, it's so hard to shred even 100g, now I can smile to myself. So far baju ade a few yang dah makin longgar. Hubster kata mcm xde perubahan pon. Duhhh! Dia tgk hari2 mana la nmpk.

I started to like my diet journey as I can be creative in my way of cooking and also control the substance I put in. Maybe this would be the starting point of eating healthily, looking at the current conditions now.

Insya Allah will stay strong and determined like all my fellow Atkiners yang dah berjaya. Mana tau after losing weight I can easily get pregnant? Insya Allah.

Bulan Madu di Awan Biru

Assalamualaikum dear readers.

Tajuk entry kemain kan? Hehe. Went to Matta Fair 2014 last Sunday. Niat di hati nak usyar2 je sebab Hubster kata baik beli Groupon je murah. Jalan2 kat Hall Domestic/ASEAN jek mampu setakat ni.  Uhuk!Hubster kata next year kita aim Hall Negara Omputih lak. Lol.

Rakyat jelata macam biasa ramai-tak-tau-nak-describe-cemana. Aircond pon dah x rasa. Bersesak2 berpeluh keti. Terus cair make-up mak!

Jalan punya jalan terus nampak satu booth ni. Agak besar and ramai pula orang-orangan yang dok close deal situ. Terus keluar lampu tepi kepala. Ah hah! Maka masuklah kami suami isteri. Mula2 saje je nk survey2 bermanis mulut sebab xde niat nk beli. Skali bila dia show Honeymoon/Romantic package trus la org yg duduk sebelah (read Hubster) ni buntang mata interested. Ceh! In 10 mins he agreed! Haiyoo cik abg ni. Ckp tak serupa bikin maaaa. So dengan lajunya sign form & bayar 50% booking.

Some says the package is still expensive tho diorg bukak booth at Matta Fair. Tapi takpelah. Sekali setahun. Bukan selalu nak g holiday puas2 mcm ni. Dah lama teringin nak go tempat tersebut & now we are one step closer to it. So now tggl book flight tix sajalah. Bestnyaaaa! Teruja sgt tau! 

Oh June please come fast!

Cabaran 90 Hari

Assalamualaikum.
 
Bila baca blog kawan2 tengok memasing sibuk buat cabaran 90 hari. Dah lama dah tengok orang buat tapi biasalah hakak ni memang malas nak bercabaran bagai.
 
Alkisahnya satu hari macam tergerak hati nak cuba sebab rasa diri ni macam terlampau gemuk. Baju semua mengketat. Apatah lagi seluar bagai. *menangistengokbadansendiri*
 
So as one of my 2014's resolution, I want to lose weight. Kali ni memang betul. Tak tipu.
 
Saya suka tengok InaAchik punya cara diet dan makan yang dia amalkan juga senang nak buat. So terus follow and belajar selok belok Low Carb, High Fat diet. Rupanya ini adalah salah satu cabang Atkins.
 
Semangat okeh.
 
Diet LCHF tu started last Monday. Mula2 konon nak buat next week sebab dis wknd kan wedding adik ipar (alasan sebenarnya). Trial period lah kiranya. Tapi bila dah start and tgk plak success story org2 yang hardcore dan istiqamah terus membara semangat waja.
 
Saya biasa bangun pagi2 untuk masak bento breakfast & lunch kami suami isteri utk dibawa ke ofis. Masak sendiri is easier sebab food kat office very limited choice. If ada pon expensive la kat kedai2 luar sana. So masak sndiri lebih jimat & I can be creative too with the food that I wanna eat. At least boleh variasikan makanan so that tak cepat jemu.

Alhamdulillah hari ni sudah Day 3. Another 87 days to go.
 
Kat bawah ni contoh bento yang saya sediakan. Gigih kan bangun awal pagi masak bagai. It's ok. Sebelum ni saya memang bukan a morning person. Now dah beransur2 pupuk utk jadi morning person. Insya Allah.

p/s : menu Day 1 lupa nak snap pic. But I ate Cheesy Omelette for breakfast and Omelette with spinach & chilli for lunch.

Day 2 : Cheesy Omelette with chicken cocktails (brkfst) & butter chicken with raw veges (lunch)

Day 3 : Cheesy Omelette for Hubster, Tuna Omelette for me (brkfst) & Grilled Chicken Salad (lunch)
